The former historical residence, located above a previous intervention, shares similar proportions and same authentic values with its twin space underneath. In the conversion process to an office space, the use of very traditional materials and the careful juxtaposition of different textures, define rational and functional working environments consistently balanced with the rigorous aesthetic of its context.
